The guys went out of there way to deliver my order in spite of me not being available at the time of delivery so for that 5 stars. There prices are good and nice product range but think they have a glitch in there order system or lack of knowledge in operations as got confirmation of order and then nothing had to follow up after a few days and response was fast but then no communication again until a few more days until a phone call of the guy was standing at the door for delivery. Only after delivery did I received loads of emails confirming order, progress and delivery estimate hence the 3 star. Hope this helps the company and prospective buyers.

The team at Sustainable went out of their way, pulling out all the stops to have the gift couriered to me time to avoid massive disappointment for a 6 year old. Communicated with Ziki and requested a quote for two Fifepo4 batteries. Ziki referred me to their web site which does not provide a quote facility. How in goodness gratious is one supposed to do business with a company where the staff are not even willing to provide a quote. Zero rating in my books. Amazing how a lazy staff member can throw a company name away!
Added: received a pro-forma invoice after a few emails. Was informed that even though I can oay by card in store, I cannot collect the stock at the same time? Asked to confirm pro-forma is still valid a few days later only to be told its not valid anymore (even though there is no expiery detailed on the pro-forma) and then note that the price for the battery has be increased to 1000% of the original price on their web site ... O.M.W!

Shocking service - Wanted to double check if a product is in stock, and not rely on their website before we buy it - Was told in person when called in that it is in stock when reflected as such on the website. We then paid for two of the items, and then a couple days later was advised they do not have it, and they will have to look elsewhere. Wasted more time waiting when the product alternative was not nearly the same. Also the lack of communication or slow communication a huge problem - unfortunately not good excuses, as service delivery is hugely lacking.

When phoning youare referred to email - which responds that there is a long queue. Another call refers to the online chatbot - that also responds by referring to a long queue. Bottom line - a week later - zero technical support. Our battery and inverter does not / can not communicate. Be warned. This can get expensive...
Unexpectedly increased costs
Unexpectedly increased costs after the full amount was paid, without warning. Sold us the incorrect inverter that is not allowed for residential use in Cape Town . Really poor experience.
Battery and Inverter is not a System.
Purchased a Sustainable 400W Power Box with Lead Acid Battery under the category Battery Backup Systems, expecting it to be a complete system as there was no explicit indication that a charger is not included. After waiting more than 2 weeks for it to arrive, and not getting what was expected, there was no attempt to rectify their mistake. The total shipping cost of almost R600 to get a refund after purchasing an inverter and a battery, instead of a system, really leaves a sour taste. I would've saved myself R600 and not considered it an option if I knew it's an inverter and a battery.

I did not have an issue with the order and delivery, the documentation of Geyserwise was written by a techie, and missing a lot of information. The SOLAR Pv kit , did not contain materials to attach to the roof, and sufficient MC4 connectors to connect the equipment up.
The kit needs to be reviewed.
