Okay but room for improvement

Ordering was straightforward enough but the delivery was slow. I was also confused by the difference between the actual test I received (in this case for lead) compared to the information I had read on the website about how to perform the test. The instructions for the actual test were much more reminiscent of Covid testing rather than what was explained on the Sustain website. I would’ve found it more helpful to know this was how the actual test would be performed.

Very fast delivery. Extremely clear and simple instructions make the kit very easy to use. I was impressed and would highly recommend.
