Brilliant experience
I've used this company regularly for years and we always get regular communication about driver and arrival time . Never had a problem with time keeping, all drivers polite and will keep using Sutton Airport Cars in the future , keep up the good work 👏

No-show
No one turned up for the booking made and confirmed a week earlier. All calls and emails went unanswered. Luckily an Uber was available or we would have missed our flight.
No apology, call back or explanation were ever provided. Avoid.

Wrong date on my return meant no taxi for me
Booked a return taxi to Heathrow for the August bank holiday weekend but instead of coming back on Monday I had booked for Sunday. Confirmation received as instructed and went to Heathrow without any problems. Driver nice and polite and no issues with the vehicle or driving.
On my way back though it turns out that the taxi driver got the dates wrong and thought I am coming back on Monday. Without too much detail, after waiting at the airport for a while I was told there are no taxis nearby and I should try one of the local companies (numbers for them were provided) or try Uber.
I pre-booked a taxi for the convenience and not waste time sitting around at the airport (it was a late night flight). Pretty unreliable service and will not use them again.
