I ordered a sweat shirt for a friend and her name is Brenda and his name is Lee. Her name was right his was wrong. It was put on as RLee. Thats not his name. I ordered me one and she loved it. Thats why I ordered her one and its messed up. Really up set me. The price of them they should be done right. Sorry I am not happy about this. Just got it to day. 3-06-2026.

The quality and design of the product purchased. This is my second order with Suzitee and was mostly favorable. However, there was one small hiccup with their auto-mail stating I had received it earlier than received. I reached out but received no response from Suzitee. A few days later, I did receive what I ordered and I love it!

I ordered myself "MeMe" sorry. I love everything about it. Material, the colors and speedy delivery. I will be ordering more from Suzitee.

I ordered the Grammy T-shirt as a gift. It came out beautiful and the material is of good quality.

This truly beautiful idea for a Christmas gift for my siblings and family took a turn for the worse, They guaranteed a before Christmas delivery and didn't make it until the day after. I was ecstatic until I realized that 2 of the canvasses weren't mine. I immediately contacted them and was assured they would make it right. Long story short - I NEVER received the other 2, so two of my siblings didn't get what the others did. I have NOT BEEN COMPENSATED for the 2 $49.95 + tax and extra "by Christmas" delivery and not heard a word from them.

The ordering process was easy, the shipping very fast, communication excellent, and the product wonderful! It made for a VERY happy Grandma! Thank you!

I ordered a blanket for my mom for Christmas. About 20 minutes after the order was placed, I realized there was an error. I contacted the company and they attempted to fix the mistake. In the process, they changed the sizing of one of the photos. I emailed them back asking for them to put the photo back to its original size. At that time, the communication stopped. I then received notice that the product was going to ship. I sent them multiple messages asking them not to ship the product and attempted to cancel the order due to their lack of response and assistance correcting the blanket photo. Due to their lack of response, I ordered a blanket for my mother from another website, as I was hoping to have it by Christmas. Finally a couple weeks after Christmas, I hear from Suzitee. All I want is a refund, since no product was ever produced or shipped by them. They will NOT refund my money. Multiple communications and they want me to order something else. I don't need or want anything else. I just want a refund since I had to order elsewhere due to their untimely customer service.

It’s was my first time buying, I didn’t have any problems, it’s beautiful and fair price.

I was so happy when I received my order. I had ordered an Easter shirt and I have a unique "Grandma" name and they got it perfect. The print quality was very well done. I received the order so quickly- I was shocked! I think I received it in maybe a week to 10 days from when I placed my order. I'm very happy the overall quality and print of the shirt. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

This could not have been a better canvas for us. It made us cry! It is placed in a very appropriate spot in our home. It also arrived expeditiously . Thank you.

First- I received my package(s) on time as promised.. on Valentines Day
Second- What I ordered was exactly what I received.. except for one thing - the production was amazing; the clarity, the color, the durability of the whole thing.. amazing!
Third- and most important! My wife was not only surprised, but was so pleased that she actually (womanly) shed a few (happy) tears..

The review I received from my cousin and his family was a very good, positive review, about the quality of the product, and they were extremely impressed. I was hoping for the best from my purchase, and it seems Suitzee came through with flying colors. This a gifted to family after losing one of their members a couple weeks ago.

Ordered this special pillow for our granddaughter who had just received Good Friend award at school. Very proud of her and this pillow is perfect.

It's been 13 days and my order says still waiting details. No tracking order # yet and no one responds to constant emails. Very shady and unprofessional.
