Total Rip off
Very unserious company, customer support was totally useless in my case, asked to return the purchase, never got any clear answer, and then at last they said that the return window had close, so I have goods for EUR899 plus import costs that are totally useless for me.

Looking at your case, we can see that you contacted us shortly after placing your order with questions about EGR/DPF functionality. We clarified that our products do not include removal or modification of emission systems, as this is not something we offer.
Regarding returns, the 14-day withdrawal period had unfortunately passed by the time a return was requested. In addition, PPC is a vehicle-specific, pre-programmed product with separate terms and conditions.
We understand that the product did not match your intended use, which is of course unfortunate. If there’s anything we can still assist you with, you're welcome to contact us again.
Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with, but an optiflow intake for my Volvo 740, the quality was fantastic and they went above and beyond to help me as well. I Will definitely be doing business again. Thanks you!

Extremely unserious company, dont buy anything from them, i repeat, dont buy anything.
I bought a cold air intake from them, and paid 53€ in shipping costs for some reason. How can it be that expensive to ship a package from Sweden to Finland!? Anyways, with the shipping cost being that high, I thought that they used some kind of express shipping.. Turns out that was absolutely not the case..
The package arrived after over 3 weeks since ordering, During that time i asked plenty of times when my package was set to arrive and got no straight answers, just them dodging my questions over and over again. It turned out that the cold air filter didnt fit even though they claimed it would fit on the product page. I asked how i can return it and instead of giving me directions on how to proceed they asked me to give my licence plate numer to make sure it doesnt fit. Consumer law states that you are allowed to return packages within 14 days, no questions asked. I finally got a retun code and sent the package back.
A few days ago i came home to the same exact package on my porch with a sticker that said it did not get picked up and was therefore sent back to me... and this is where i am right now.
I have never ever had this bad of a experience with ANY other online store, this is by far the worst, most unreliable, untrustworthy and unserious company ive come across..
I repeat, Dont. buy. anything.

Small order, big problem.
Ordered just a new pair of windscreen hooks for my Garmin Dashcam mini (listed as "SJÄLVHÄFTANDE FÄSTE MED LÅG PROFIL" on their website) on 14th April 2022, with an expected delivery time of 1-3 working days (according to their own website). I waited a week, received nothing.
I tried contacting customer service multiple times, no answer/response.
Another week went by, more attempts to contact, no response.
I opened up a dispute with Klarna about this. Klarna were also unable to get in touch with BSR.
I FINALLY received my order, with a semi-crushed, oversized box.
If they can't be trusted to deliver such a small, simple order, how can they be trusted for anything else?
DO NOT USE! Borderline scam company.
