They keep forgetting to come to schedual meeting and are wasting your time

Awful invoice/credit company

Don't lend money, pay in parts, or take invoice from them. They have the most tricky way to scam you and take extra money from you in ways you could not possible think. Suddenly 195 SEK for pay in parts which normally is 29 SEK. They call it their campaign and that this is very clear stated in the contract/the terms of condition, which is nowhere to find on my account or in my e-mail and are not able to view me this either. So this company has been charging me like double off from a purchase of 399 SEK made in january and what I thought was already paid off in march. Sending me new invoices with new interest rate and administration fee. When I talk to them to hear what is going on they are very unpleasant and not a very knowing customer service that is blaming me that I choose "the wrong option for invoice". When I wish to see the contract and the terms of condition for this, they are not able to help and there are many question they "cannot answer".

I strongly not recommend to use their services if you not really have to. Sure that you as a customer need to "watch out" for what you sign up for, and that you should always read through your "contract", but this company is doing it really tricky and hard for you, and in an, according to me, unacceptable way. Only to make more money for themselves and not for any help.

Worst invoice/credit company in nordics, avoid this company as much as possible. When you order online there is a logo of this company, by not using the invoice service you save all the headaches and extra fees they are going to charge you. In less than a month they charge you 240 SEK extra fees.
