Excellent price and queries answered quickly. They use Webmin rather than cPanel which has been increased in price recently but Webmin is open source and an excellent substitute. I've used it for a couple of decades and I reckon it will be the standard soon.
I have a lot of budget to medium priced VPS and the support is what you'd expect - poor to medium - but not these guys. I get 99.9x% reliability and if there is an issue they are on to it, fixing it, and keeping me posted.
Better support than some of my dedicated servers!

Great price great service the support guys go the extra mile to get you up and running, My migration which was done by them for free was seamless and any niggles on the new server were ironed out within 24 hours, Hardly felt like I had moved.
