While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

US customers shouldn't order from them. They are not upfront on their shipping fees and you will get ridic brokerage fees from UPS to pay on top of the tariffs that are charged. I bought 2 sample wallpapers costing $10. The brokerage fee was $16! LOL RIDIC
We have had two claims due to bad quality. One was a lamp that was very badly welded the second one recently an oven glove.
The glove fell almost apart after the first wash made according to all recommendations. The seams loosened up! The material margins were to small and fell apart after the washing.
Contacted Svenskt Tenn and got a quick answer but they demanded a recept or a copy of the bank statement. This I had not kept and I do not send out ant bank statements like that.
I believe that they should show much more flexibility towards customers especially when it is a question of bad quality.
Beware of mark-ups for customers outside of Sweden (who are charged in USD or Euro and not SEK), especially on bigger ticket items. Approximately 18% on an item I enquired about - just shy of £400 on top of a circa £2200 coffee table (when currencies converted). When I queried it, I was told it was to cover the extra admin of processing a non-Swedish order. Others would call it a form of price gouging.
