Good customer service! But it depends on the person :)
Ordered something online that arrived at the store. They offered to open it for me and then we discovered that there was a minor damage. The rep was very kind and quickly helped me with the exchange process. Very happy with the level of service I got with her. When I came back to retrieve my exchanged item another rep was there, but she was not as helpful. So I'm basing this review on the first encounter I had, because she was phenomenal. Too bad I didn't catch her name.

Customer First Approach
I had an issue with a piece of furniture I purchased from them and their support in finding a satisfactory solution for me was fantastic. They delivered the new one incredibly quickly, and did not rush to get the broken one when returning it. That's why I shop from them. I would like to thank to the customer service here for their great support.

Delivery delayed again and again...
the delivery of the ordered and paid items are delayed again and again. The only answer in the store is "we don't know why it isn't here, yet".
