The software looks and functions well, but sadly it didn't do the one thing I purchased it to do--generate an animated PNG from a composition with an animated GIF in it. It constantly bugged out on the frame rate and the exported file, regardless of toying with settings, had weird playback rates for the animated GIF portion. The software seemed to ignore export settings for frame rate, duration, and other things with the animated GIF present. Asked for a refund promptly after purchasing and was refused, per the terms.

Easy to use tool that allows you to make quality animation in svg. I tried different solutions, and SVGator is the best for this! I also chated with their technical support and was very pleased with the communication. Great job guys!

Horrible marketing strategies that offer you a free account which is basically crippled (you can't upload your own content - what's the point in that?) and there's no way to actually delete your account either so you'll be spammed by them forever.

Regarding the Free forever plan, this is a trial version of SVGator, which allows users to test all the features and see if SVGator is suitable for their needs, before paying for it. However, the Assets Library feature unlocks just after purchasing a PRO subscription, but meanwhile the user can use the elements that are already imported in there and can test this functionality too.
The account deletion is a very simple process. You need only to send us an email at: contact@svgator.com from the email address associated with the SVGator account that needs to be erased, saying that you want your account to be removed and all your personal data to be erased from our system.
