I suggest anybody thinking of ordering checks the Fake reviews. All with a problem with the letter V,not rocket science is it, Trustpilot are supposed to check….I think not.

Purchased lv speedy 30 p9. After waiting a month to receive this bag, which was not cheap, the boutique box was old and torn in multiple places. The clochette for keys didn't have one of the slots to put the strap through. The matte black hardware paint scraped off the second I put the lock on. There is no animal stamp. Smells chemical and not real leather inside or outside.

There’s such a wide variety of products to choose from here! I want to say they shipped my order with great care—their customer service team was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process.
I purchased a high-end item, and it exceeded my expectations when it arrived—absolutely worth the investment! Of course, if you prefer more affordable styles, they’re just as stylish and well-made.
Overall, you don’t have to worry about scams at all—this is a trustworthy store! I definitely plan on shopping here regularly since they update their product selection quite often.

If I could give a MINUS -5 Star review, that still would not equal the dissatisfaction upon receiving my 100% VINYL & PLASTIC piece of CRAP! IT WASNT EVEN WORTH $10.00, I kid you Not!

I ordered TWO bags and they were so impressive and top quality, TOP QUALITY for the price I paid. Keep in mind these are not $2000 bags, but rather $200ish bags, so not understanding when people say NOT top quality, do they mean not equal to the original, because these were just about as good as you could get without walking into a designer store and getting a free glass of champage and alot of ass kissing,,,,,but I mean these bags were SWEET! And I am very very picky. So wonderful they were, that I ordered 5 more in a second order. Well 2 of them were AMAZING like the first order, but 3 were a little less exciting, worth what I paid or a little less perhaps, but again, not meant to be values at the $2000-$3000 originals. (By the way.... I was very surprized by the rediculous amount of emails, almost EVERY day, updating "the package is on the way" with tracking and it does take long, but VIOLA, it does arrive!) Kind of cool updates if you ask me. If you want a bag in 2 days or a week, I suggest you go the the luxury stores in the mall, but again, you wont get these prices.
I did get quite a few emails from Customer Service assisting me in the RETURN process for the 3 bags I wish to return. Keep in mind, I love and am keeping 4 bags, so more that were a HIT than a miss between my 2 orders....seems reasonable as long as the return process goes smoothly. Yes and they did offer a lower refund 30% price for NOT returning the bag, but I did the math and it would be BETTER in my case to return the bag to SINGAPORE address and get the full refund. I will increase my 4 stars to 5 stars if they finally recieve the bag and do the refund, AND to be clear, I will also order more bags. They are pretty incredible quality in some cases....just remember you are not paying thousands so maybe you don't need to write a review as if you did. ;-)

I am having the worst experience. I purchased a bag on April 27, 2025 andI received an item that is poorly put together from the buckle on the strap to the zipper. They did not follow their own guidelines. I never received the approval picture so that I could’ve pointed out these details. It took so much longer than it indicates on their website. I had to keep emailing to find out about the status of the item because I received an email with tracking and about a week later I went on to check to see where the item was and the shipper had not even received it yet. I emailed them and they said something about the terrorist. Taz have nothing to do with the fact that you sent me tracking information, but the company had not received the item yet.There was no approval process for me to approve the bag now I’m going through so much trying to get a refund on the item and return it. This is one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had

I was extremely disappointed with Svoguebag. The quality of the bag was cheap and nothing like the pictures. It felt flimsy, and the stitching started coming apart within days. Customer service was unresponsive when I tried to reach out. Definitely not worth the price.

I recently purchased 3 bags from this site and 1 of the bag arrived without box and since it was a LV trunk bag, the bag appeared out of shape and the hardware seemed crooked. And the sides of the inner part where kind of torn as well.
As for the other Pleaty mini shoulder bag, after using it for less than 2 hours, the front tab of the leather piece came off.
I reached out to the company and asked for a refund, and they mentioned that they will only provide full refund once they received the bags and "if they will determined full refund if they see fit and if not they will deduct $80. At this point I disagree with the deduction as it is not a customer's problem to deal with QC checks.
I am more than happy to return the bags since they can't be used and they are making the return much harder and they are trying to sway me to accept a 35% refund without returning the bags but these are not cheap prices to begin with and why would customer have to accept 35% or 20% discount when the bag is not acceptable??
Please beware of which bags one is getting as not all are top quality assured as mentioned on their site.

After many many back-and-forth email communications, the company offered me $81 refund. I spent C$256 on the bag and I paid $60 to ship it back to them. Canada post tracking confirmed it arrived at the exact address they sent me and they sent it back. They're denying that they ever received it in spite of the Canada Post tracking. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE .
They had changed their name on Instagram and are selling the bags under another newly created name these items come from Singapore. They look nothing like the website photos and they will not refund your money if you don't like the product.
