Product is of great quality and just what I needed it for. A few months later the spring snapped in one of the clasps, meaning I could no longer use it. Service is spot on and sent out a replacement. Would love to purchase more but always out of stock!

Wish we bought it 2 months ago!
Really happy with the long lead we bought for puppy training. It doesn’t get tangled and cleans easily after being dragged through mud! Great colours available too.

I bought a lead but when it arrived the colour wasn't quite what I wanted however Benjamin sorted a replacement immediately. Great customer service from the start.
I love the lead, it's 2.2 metres long really comfortable in the hand with the bonus of being able to be wiped dry if it gets wet, so no more smelly dog leads.
The clips are strong and are high quality, the lead can be adjusted and even tied around your waist should you like walking your dog hands free.
We are getting another dog later this year and will definitely be buying another of these great leads. I am glad my friend recommended Swaggerpaws as they have brilliant customer service and care that you are happy with your purchase.

The long line is great
The long line is great , good quality I feel safe and secure , that it's strong. Lovely feel I've already got it wet and muddy but easy to clean.
There was a delay in it being shipped but that was sorted out quickly and communication was good.
