I was interested in a particular car but still had another car to look at. Ethan and the staff were very helpful and allowed me to reserve the car for 3 days after paying a deposit. Although I bought the other car Ethan was still helpful and refunded my deposit promptly. Great service and I wouldn't hessitate to buy a car from Swale Autos2 in the future.
Very easy to buy another car from Swales.Harrision showed us a selection of cars,was knowledgeable and not pushy.Cars are all reasonably priced and a good selection. Would highly recommend.

I went in to look for a specific car and found what I was looking for straight away.
Harrison, the salesman was helpful, polite knowledgeable and nothing was any bother for him. I came away, sorted everything online and picked my car up a couple of days later after it had been serviced and had been MOT’d.
The experience was great. So much so that my wife will be going back for her new car very soon.

Purchased a used Ford Focus Focus from Swales it was a very professional sale the team were great, they could not do enough to assist. The car was MOT ed, has a warranty well presented and I drove away very satisfied. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I have had some bad luck over the last few months with my car I bought privately, I have been left without a car due to being in the garage for repairs, that still wasn't resolved, I rang swale autos as I had my beloved Suzuki for years from them on finance. I was really needing help getting a new reliable car as I work in the dales. I know Gav well over the years and knew he would do what he could to get me sorted, Harrison took me out in a Mini, I absolutely love her, the car is fantastic with full service history and very low mileage. I know if I had any issues Gav will sort it for me, just like his Dad did for me years ago :) cheers lads
