First experience with Bitcoin. I picked Swan because of the video I watched God Bless Bitcoin. They seemed genuine in the video and so I called to switch my IRA. The guy Jason Bassett there was knowledgeable and helpful. Now I've moved my IRA and bought my first $10k. He made it easy. I'm relieved to find a company which knows how to do all this. I'd still be on the fence otherwise.

Easy to work with, and customer service is great. I ran into a little glitch with my authentication, and they responded to my request for help right away.

Horrible Customer Service. Took a month to try to verify my account before closing it with no explanation, and I’m still waiting to hear back what happened to my wire transfer that I deposited into this account that they just chose to close.

The Swan team stands head & shoulders above the rest. Swan is owned and operated exclusively by Bitcoiners--all extremely knowledgeable, bitcoin educators. Cory helped me to recognize that bitcoin is everything I thought it is--but was afraid to make a bold move--which I made last halving cycle--moving most of my retirement funds into BTC--right as "number go up" technology was pulling us into the bull run. 4 years later, I am back on track for retirement--but it took recognizing that even with high volatility, that the actual *risk* of investing in bitcoin was quite low... Yet it clearly is the fastest horse in the race... I had been in bitcoin for about a year and a half when I made the move, and Cory helped validate my conviction that bitcoin is what it appears to be--and is now being recognized as a risk-off non-correlated asset. He said 4 years ago that it might appear to be correlated to the stock market but in time it would prove otherwise--which it has and is now being recognized as risk-off asset, not correlated asset.

I sleep a lot better at night, now at 59 years old--knowing that I am in much better shape for retirement than I was 4 years ago (at this point in the last halving cycle).

Trust is very important,when it comes to our money.I trust swan.If i could give them ten stars,i would!!

Ease of use, the security and industry information are invaluable. Also, LOVE LOVE LOVE that Swan is giving folks the heads up on the recent email scam when visiting the site. Other companies would not have been out in front of said scam.

Bitcoin only - eliminates the need for all of us to become our own finance professional - awesome! Outstanding team, outstanding platform to learn, dead simple to setup an account and start stacking sats! Love that I can DCA and accumulate BTC up to my personal threshold, then withdraw to cold storage (making sure to keep UTXO in check). GOOD LUCK to Swan - they are a leader in the Bitcoin space and we are lucky to have them!

Why in Gods name would you close down accounts without any kyc verification and hold money for 60 days when I didn’t fund with an ach !!! My money !!
