Support is poor
I used Swan for a few years, recommened it to a few. I am a HODLer. But over time I found that Swan set up hurdles, and support was poor. Alex was no help. I would ask a question and get an answer that made no sense. Look elsewhere. Be careful of 5 star reviews from people who have been clients for a week. I joined around 2020 and finally stopped using them in 2025
Such an insincere reply. Probably from AI assistance. Words are easy. They made a decent amount of money from fees off me, then made me jump through hoops, and were not helpful to actually keep my account straightforward.
