Swap.gg Reviews

I am trading skins with swap for a while and i love the fast trading system and they’re good prices

Fast and Easy Skin Swap. Recommended for new shiny skins in exchange for your old Skins.

Great experience using Swap.gg. The platform is fast, easy to use, and delivers exactly what it promises. The item valuation feels fair and transparent — none of that sketchy pricing you see on other sites.
The trade process was smooth and safe; no bot errors, no long waiting times. Within a few minutes, the new items were already in my inventory.
Their support team is also solid, answers quickly, and actually helps.
If you want to trade skins safely and without any hassle, I genuinely recommend it. One of the most reliable services I’ve used in this space.

Hi, sold item of rust through crypto litecoin, 1 day passes still didnt receive anything i think i literally got scammed

Selling my rare skins here was effortless. The system guided me through verification, pricing, and transfer steps, making the experience completely stress-free and reliable.

I never expected skin trading to feel so professional. Every seller and buyer interaction is structured and protected, which reduces anxiety tremendously.

I appreciate how all transactions are ...

I recently bought a legendary skin on this platform, and the whole process exceeded my expectations. The listing was detailed, the seller responsive, and the item arrived instantly and exactly as described.

I appreciate how all transactions are logged securely and can be reviewed later. It ensures accountability for both buyers and sellers.

I feel confident listing any skin here, no matter the rarity or value. The platform protects both sellers and buyers effectively.

They steals my 47$ after i sold 33 tf2 key, they did not send the funds and alll just gone.

SWAP.GG SCAMMING

Basically I made a trade in swap.gg and traded 300€ worth of inventory for a talon
Never understood why the knife wasn't showing up as "in my inventory" so that i could retrieve it after the 6 days it had a hold
Tried to contact support 3 times and never got an answer. The bot always says "Thank you for your patience.
I’ll now connect you to an operator. Please hold on."
Now i noticed that the knife I chose and traded for just appeared as available for 50€ more and know i can buy it...
It was saying I was going to receive it.. it even said there was a trade waiting for my other trade to be accepted.. I accepted my trade and waited 3 days until today...
Only to find out Im going to have 300€ in balance, for a knife that was supposed to be mine and not for sale for 350€ now
If this isnt resolved im just going to reverse the trade because this is just a scam. Poor service, 0 assistance and basically scamming... the price of the knife went down on steam market... this is just a scam ...
I know is that knife because of the tagname on it

Got scammed.
I was trying to make a trade, deposited 40$, and when i was ready to click "swap items", the sign 'cs 2 trades are not available at this moment bc of cs2 trade update. Support is not answering So why don't you just make a fckng sign that u're not working rn so me and other ppl will not deposit their money?

Worst CS2 trading site. Can't get any support. When trying to reach customer support, it's always an AI bot sending links and the links to open support tickets lend to 404 pages. I think they closed doors and left the site open for people to deposit without a way to withdraw items.

I made a trade on Swap.gg, accepted the first offer from their official bot, and never received the items back. It’s been over 48 hours and support hasn’t replied to my emails. I verified that the bot was correct and the site confirmed the trade as accepted, but I still got nothing. Very disappointed with the lack of response.

The Site was ok, but they did not tell that cs2 trading isnt available.before i deposited money for buying cs skins(which were already in the trade ready to purchase. I find it really strange that tjey let you browse cs2 skins and add them tp your cart, whem you cannot buy them.

Swap.gg is a SCAM website. One of their scammers stole 1000 US dollars from my debit card on October 2, 2025. As the previous review also highlights: If you email them they do not reply at the two email options they list. Their chat function does not work either and is only AI and bots. If your Bank contacts them about a fraudulent transaction they do not reply either. If you do not believe me try and contact the company before doing business with them and read the small print on their website. I will be alerting all potential customers of theirs on all the other platforms too as the previous reviewer promised to do.

Guys don't ever trust any youtuber and don't trust this site. It's a biggest scam.

At first they will not show you this warning message - "CS2 trading is temporarily unavailable, but Rust and TF2 trading are still up and running. We're close to opening up CS2 again—stay tuned, it will be back soon!" and later once you deposit the money this message just pops up. And now 125$ are just stuck. I can use my deposited money on TF2 and Rust which is already so overpriced and at the first place I deposited my money to buy or swap CS2 items.

One more thing once deposited its gone you can't withdraw the deposited ... But before they used to have withdrawal system.
They 24/7 chat bot or whatever that is doesn't respond and also no tickets get answered.

My money is just stuck on this scam website and I can't even withdraw it now ... I will not update this review until they refund my money.
Sooner if their is no response from their end. I will soon release a youtube video and a community post. Also will tag them on X.

Hope they refund my money and other people's money they are planning to scam.

It's more than 3 month they have been saying that the site will be up in a few days, no response to tickets for a refund, this is a scam. i created 4 tickets no response at all. feel like they left the running office abandoned with no people.
