Bought first phone with 80% battery and battery failed. However was able to get full refund after providing proof the battery had gone bad. Bought another phone (with another vendor since the first vendor did not have the phone available with 100% battery - otherwise would have bought from first vendor). That phone has worked well for the last 4 months. Battery health still indicates 100%. Note: Both phones looked like new to me. But I am a first time buyer.
