I continue to have good experiences on Swappa after many transactions. Phones have always been as they were described.

This is a complete scam. I made my first purchase and my account was suddenly blocked with no explanation. The seller kept the money and has not issued any refund. Instead, they falsely marked the item as “shipped” without providing any tracking information.
Now I’m forced to wait for PayPal to step in and resolve the issue. I have already sent three emails and received no response at all.
Absolutely terrible experience — zero customer service, no accountability, and very untrustworthy. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

Update: After more than a week of dealing with this situation, I’m still without my money and it has been nothing but a headache. I’ve sent multiple emails to help@swappa and also used their internal support form, but I’ve been completely ignored — no responses at all.
It’s especially frustrating because they claim to respond within 20 minutes or less, which is clearly not true in my case. At this point, I’ve basically been left on my own to deal with the PayPal dispute, without any support from Swappa.
To make things worse, the seller has now marked the item as shipped and provided a tracking number that is going to a completely different address, which clearly raises serious concerns about bad faith and potential fraud.
Very disappointing customer service and overall experience.

Garbage. Swappa has no real ability to hold sellers accountable. Their response is file with PayPal. Garbage never coming back as had 2 out of 3 recent transactions were problematic and Swappa was no help

Step-by-step instructions were easy and clearly communicated. SWAPPA was available for questions. Picture posting and description was easy to do. Highly recommend!

Ordered a phone in mint cond unlocked .
It arrived both locked and had defective
Screen digitizer ...pure misidentified and a junk phone to boot
I feel conned and cheated...

Swappa needs to force business sellers to accept questions, most of the business sellers have comments turned off. buying 350.00 plus item and can't ask a questions is just bad business.
