Very Good Selling Experience

I sold my precedent iPhone to Swappie, and I want to praise their professionalism and well organized process in guiding me to prepare the phone to be sent to them: everything explained by them was actually fulfilled in the stated times/ways (including the payment to me after receiving and checking the phone). My ordered iphone had a fault camera

My ordered iphone had a fault camera. When I claimed a warranty repair I received no communication but instead a completely different phone of another quality and colour and an old non-system battery. And now the company does not communicate at all. Wasted money - do NOT RECOMMEND. Seems like a big mess and customer is a pest.

The phone arrived with a non-working…

The phone arrived with a non-working top speaker, so I had to return it. Very disappointing for a device. It clearly wasn’t properly tested. I just hope the refund will go through without problems.

Very bad communication with customer support.
My package has not moved in Packeta tracking, and Swappie is asking me to file a police report for theft against an unknown person. This is unreasonable and legally incorrect.

Swappie provided the packeta shipping label for return, so under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the responsibility for loss during transport lies with Swappie, not the customer.
Instead of solving the issue, customer support is shifting their responsibility to me.

I will escalate it through all available channels—including customer support, Slovak Trade Inspection, the European Consumer Centre Slovakia, and legal action—to obtain a full refund.

Swappie is hands down the biggest scam…

Swappie is hands down the biggest scam on the internet. I bought an iPhone 13 for my daughter. It arrived broken and when we wanted to have it repaired they wanted me to pay another €330 for them to fix it.

Not worth the hassle. Just buy new.

Very disappointed

Paid €600 for iPhone 14 Pro Max at Christmas phone arrived screen damaged and wouldn’t turn on as it was Christmas and I needed a phone I had to pay €130 for a new screen . Hoping that was all however my phone shuts down several times a day the screen goes pink and it restarts itself . Had the option to send back but would have taking 5 days to process and be left with no phone while waiting .

no eSIM compatibility

I purchased a ‘very good’ condition iPhone 12. It does not have eSIM compatibility. This info was not in the product specifications. IPhone 12s should work either eSIM. This must have been a Chinese model. This information should have been stated in the product specs.

Quite easy and hassle free to sell you old phone. I tried it on other direct platforms (e.g. Marktplaats) too and the tiny markup (in my case 15 euro) certainly does not outweigh the effort and annoying messages you get

Worst customer service I've EVER experienced

We completed an order and full payment on December 22nd, exactly a month ago, paying for an express delivery service. The distributor lost the package, and Swappie is taking weeks to admit this and refund us our money or send a new product. We've been left without the product we purchased, with amateurish and unprofessional responses from the """customer service""" team, which is being completely unhelpful. It has been a month now, and we neither have the equipment nor the money (close to €1000). They keep blaming the distributor, but the product/service was purchased from Swappie, not any other brand. There is no assistance number to call, nor an email to escalate this issue. We just keep being referred to the junior team, who all say the same. On top of this, we keep receiving automated emails asking if we're enjoying the equipment and service, and if we'd recommend it... Ridiculous! So here is my review - I don't recommend this company, at all.
