Swassh Car Cleaning Services booked my appointment for rubbing and polishing at 3:00 PM on 18.04.2025 but didn't show up. They rescheduled for 9:00 AM on 19.04.2025 but again didn't come. Then, they set a new appointment for 1:00 PM with a different team. This is too much of a joke to the customer.

We had Phil cater our wedding on 12/4/25 and we are still reminiscing about the food! Steaks were cooked to perfection, sausages were juicy! You Don't Get Paid!
Swash was a mess before V3 was launched. It has improved since V3, because now links to offer partners actually work! However, you don't get paid and there is no customer service.
My support ticket 6123 (12 Feb) has not been answered apart from the auto reply. My latest support ticket 7465 (3 Mar) is also unanswered, except the auto reply.
I completed surveys on TimeWall and withdrawal has been approved by TimeWall, but I have not received the dollars reward on Swash. Hence ticket 7465.
They are not interested. They only reply to 1* reviews to make it appear that they care.
I will be uninstalling Swash V3 on both my laptop and mobile phone.
UPDATE:
Thanks for your reply. The withdrawal has been made by TimeWall on 4 March and they confirmed it by sending an email congratulating me on my 1st withdrawal! But I have not received it on the Swash side.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the offer payments and slow ticket responses.
To confirm, the payments for all offer partners has to be conducted by the partners, not Swash, and 'approved' status on their side does not mean the payment has been initiated by them yet. It can take up to 90 days to process, depending again on the partners' terms. If you're unsure on the terms, please contact them directly for support.
Hopefully that helps to clarify the confusion. We're sorry to see you go if you still decide to uninstall Swash!
UPDATE: Thank you for the extra information. The team are investigating the issue for you. You will receive a response via one of your support tickets once resolved.

Earnings gone, can not log in and no support at all!
In the beginning, everything was fine. I was verified, and the extension was working fine. But later, I couldn't see my earnings; everything was gone. I could not log back in. I contacted support several times by email or their website, but no one responded until now. I have a few emails that my request was registered, and that's it. I don't recommend adding this extension to your browser!

If you would like to earn even more in addition to this and ads, you can choose to complete offers on Swash Earn or invite friends using your referral link.

it's hard to trust with some complaints I have seen
I had some tokens but I couldn't log into my wallet again. I felt something was wrong which is why I decided to look at reviews.
I thought I had a local copy of some passphrase but there is no provision to recover wallet like that. I feel it's hard to trust with some complaints I have seen.
Okay, I've lost those tokens and tried to start over but the user experience of their website is the worst.

Hi John, thanks for sharing this. For the current version of Swash, you need to backup your login passphrase to your local files or manually, this is communicated several times during login and within the extension.
Soon, a new version will be released where you can login to Swash with email instead.
