I had never participated in an online auction before a few weeks ago, but I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process went and the quality of the product. The packaging ensured everything arrived intact and in mint condition.

My superb quality authenticated autographed photo of Pom Klementieff as her character Mantis from Guardians of the Galaxy arrived in excellent condition in a sturdy plastic cover. No complaints at all. Great company to deal with.

Update. After an email they did provide some reasoning. If the reasoning was sent w initial decision. Would be 5 stars.

They charge half of the price of an in person authentication to do an online verification. In theory, it's a nice service but in reality it is utter nonsense. They provide zero reasoning for their decision. For 14 dollars, I think a reason or two is justified.

The first time I bought an item at SWAU. I won an auction, paid the price on the next day and one week later UPS delivered the signed photo. I am absolutly happy.

I received the item I won from the SWAU auction in a very short time after the auction and in exactly the same state as shown.

Very fast and reliable service, would recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality autographed photo.

Customer service is amazing, and the great prices they have on Mystery products too.

I'm a UK User, too so had to deal with different time zones and higher prices for shippings.
