Got the weft tape hair extensions which fell out my head after the first shower. Is been 2 weeks since I contact them about this issue and no one has gotten back to me yet.
Hair seems to be alright quality so far , however I do feel like it gets a bit matted and find myself brushing it several times a day
Honestly, a bunch of Scammers!!
I am going to reach out to Stripe right now to report them and have them taken down.
They use Stripe and basically just add your accounts as whats known as a "CONNECTED ACCOUNT" via the Stripe dashboard, the rest is just software development to make their app which is just a front.
The owners do NOT respond, you are stuck paying their subscription fees without a service.
The app is useless, once you take up to £500 in payments, you literally can't take any further payments..ever until they respond or lift the limit.
This would be okay if it was a limit of £500 per day however this is overall (in total).
You can send them hundreds of emails and nothing.
I think this company is a scam. Trying to get hold off them is near impossible.
When signing up, you can transact up to £500 and thats it, I was then prompted to contact them to lift the restriction however I have had no luck at all.
I have sent 17 emails and nothing back, their subscription service seems to work just fine.. It is one big scam if you ask me, I am going to email stripe who they use to process payments with.. hopefully the disengage with SWAY.MONEY as this should be illegal what they are doing to people
No customer service at all, quick enough to take your payment for subscription but then not a single response regarding an issue they create. Won't last long with service like this, Appalling
Customer support is non-exsistant!!!!!
They do NOT reply to whats app nor do they reply to emails.
Scary to think they handle peoples payments and aren't reachable for basic queries.
Quick alternative method to take/send payments, without any fees to the card providers.
