I've had an amazing experience with Swedish Living! The agent that was assigned to me, Sebastian, was very helpful and kind during the process of finding an apartment. As a foreigner (with a pet animal) coming to Sweden as a student it was difficult to find a place with affordable rates, but Sebastian helped me with my issue! Now I don't have to worry about finding accomodation! If you're looking for a friendly agency that will find an apartment most suitable for you (and within your budget), I would definitely recommend going with Swedish Living! I rented out my house with the help of Swedish Living and we're very happy about their services. Their 3D-scanning of the house and having them be responsible for the contact with potential tenants saved me alot of time and was worth every cent. One of their employees Joakim even came out personally and helped me with a viewing, which I know they usually dont do. Can highly recommend them

Payments were made on monday together with the insurance and commission. Everything went smoothly and I am really happy and recommending the agency to friends and family.

Is very difficult to find accommodation in Malmo, and I was new in the city. I found Swedish LIving in google, and in less than a week I had the accommodation I needed for this period! A total furnitured and modern flat, with imbatible location. Everything was legaly done, with a proper contract. The flat is super well manteined, and it has all the amenities you need: wifi, tv, microwave, iron, crockery, towels, etc. It is also safe: it has smoke detectors and electronic access key. And all for a regular price!.
