Great news Sweecandy website up and running again. They have always been great

Ordered some sweets on line for my Granddaughter who is at Uni. No problems, got a confirmation email and a couple of days later received an email from Royal Mail saying it would be delivered on the Thurs. This didn't happen, also, not for the next 4 days. I emailed Sweetcandy twice, no reply. I was really frustrated as you can only contact them by email. Then I received a really lovely email apologising for not replying to me and sending me a full refund. Not something I asked for. Then low and behold Royal Mail delivered it the next afternoon. So thank you Sweetcandy for your response and the way it was dealt with, not sure what to say about Royal Mail!

My daughter at university was so pleased with her gift. It arrived quickly and was safely packaged.

Everything was really good!

The sweets came super quick. I ordered a 1kg bag of jellies, pink an white chocolate, the xmas mix as well as lots of others. Ypu could choose up to 20. We thoroughly enjoyed them. Great choice, we love the pink chocolate hearts and white choc fish an chips have been added. Will definitely be ordering again.

I forgot to change the address to my friends house, so I emailed as fast as I could and had a reply in minutes saying they had changed the address for me with without any issue!

This is absolutely our favourite online sweet shop.
We probably order monthly and each time we have been blown away by the super quick service, the attention to detail, especially when gifting to others and of course the lovely fresh sweets with so many favourites to choose from
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ordered on Wednesday night for next day, anticipating Friday delivery. Was sent an email on Thursday to say it had been dispatched. Package did not turn up until Saturday and I'm not there now for a week to retrieve it.
