Not brilliant products
Feel like I overpaid for the products, had issues with marks and scratches on receipt, contacted customer services who provided a small refund. Overall the table isnt worth the money, as the veneer isnt uniform and the leaves don't sit snugly when closed. Bought the matching chairs and they are not comfortable, sadly. An expensive mistake.

Great price for 3x4m parasol
Delivery was on time, only used a few times but seems to be a decent quality.
Easy to put together & easy to use.
Didn’t go with the weighted base used an underground universal plate holder, does away with 1x1m base ok if you don’t want to move it, although the parasol rotates 360 degrees.
For the money don’t think you’ll get better.

Superb huge parasol.
What a great, and quality product. I wondered whether this would be the case but it's tremendous value. Shipping was good, though did take a week before Comms came out to say it was on its way. This is a huge parasol, with a solid and seemingly well built structure. Instructions are clear, read and follow them carefully. You must have base weights for this size. Parasol cover and upper frame this size will tip and tilt in the slightest breeze. I expected this and was already prepared with home made cord loops to attach the 2 furthest away arms from the cantilever to the wall when fully opened (allowing some slack, works a treat). The product this size 4meters by 3meters would benefit by a slight design improvement to have 2 velcro loops built in to two arms to do in effect what I have. (Extra selling feature for you sweeek!)
