I've had a great experience. Signed up and purchased a few of the promotional packages. Got my VIP tier upgraded pretty fast for more coins and access to more promo packages. Hit big, played it down a little but still cashed out up 300. Redemption got to my bank next day. Only reason I gave it 4 start is because they didn't have some of the pragmatic games I was hoping for. Overall trust it and will keep playing

Had no problems with them in the past won 100 SC and had the money within 3 days. Then my wife won and we only have 1 account each like you're supposed to but they banned her account and she is in the right location and correct age. Tried contact support they kept telling her she is not in a location we can play which is bullshit because I cashed out fine on my profile then kept giving her the run around and she has tried everything to cash out but they just won't let her have her a number sent it straight to voicemail and it was super sketchy. Theres to many trustworthy sites to worry about this casino. They will do anything they can to not pay out.

Complete scam. Hit for $400 and tried to redeem and kept getting the run around. They eventually stopped replying to the chat/email, and when I checked again today (over a month later) they cancelled my redemption and took the money with it. Don’t use this site, I’ve never dealt with a casino website this shady.

At this point if I could leave a negative star review I would do one star will have to do. I joined this site and was having a great time and hit for $925. I put in a redemption request for $500 around the 13th or 14th of January because that’s the most it would let me do and within days I had my money, then I put in a new redemption request on 1/19/26 for the remaining $425 and I have still yet to receive my money! I keep getting the runaround saying that they are waiting for their manager to respond or I just don’t get a response period! My wife’s birthday is on the 16th of this month and I thought I would have the money way before then but I guess this site just doesn’t value their players enough to pay them what they owe them! It’s sites like this that give the good sites a bad name!! I’m just gonna start contacting different agencies and report them until something gets done because this is completely unacceptable!!

I read online that this operator was of questionable legitimacy but they were offering very good deals so I decided to risk it.

I very briefly had a good experience before the switch was flipped.

Half the time customer support doesn’t respond despite claims of 24-7 service. In my opinion this isn’t a real company.

In my experience it seems like it’s one guy pretending to have a business.

They stopped processing my redemptions and both the email representative and the live chat stopped responding to my inquires which prompted this review.

Many other new casinos have opened and have a more “regulated” structure to there operation.

I Don’t like playing on casinos that are unreliable and don’t advise playing here.

The website is super easy to navigate, and when I had any questions at all, customer service was helpful and made it right.

Advertise more SC than they give. Brought this up to support and I was ghosted. To many trustworthy sites to waste time with places like this.

This site is fake/a scam. I got banned within my first 30 minutes on here, and they only refunded purchases when I legally threatened them via support. Highly discourage anyone from depositing. Even tried to ask why I was treated this way and got no real answer.
