Marcus and Henry have just sourced a new and hard to find Rolex Datejust for me. They part exchanged my current Rolex for me thereby keeping my cost to change affordable. The whole transaction was completed in just a few days without any issues. I have bought and sold through Sweeping Hands previously and would always approach these guys for watch advice before anyone else. Their integrity speaks volumes 😊

Excellent service from start to finish! Henry very patiently guided and helped me source my first Rolex. The shop has a welcoming and relaxed vibe which puts you at ease. After sales service was great too as I noticed a small scratch on the face and within a week the glass had been replaced.

Marcus was excellent at sourcing me an OP36 for a reasonable price. Communication and ease of deal were top notch - highly recommend sweeping hands.

Phenomenal service. Found hard to find watch on Monday morning. Buy Tuesday at 1 pm I had the watch in exactly the mint condition described. And price was reasonable on a hard to get watch. With shipping and fitting. Amazing.

Brought my first “proper” watch from SweepHands in person, a Tudor Black Bay Harrods Edition. Marcus was a pleasure to deal with, not pushy in the slightest and very accommodating. The watch was in great condition and priced very competitively, with Marcus also sorting out a full polish so the watch looked like new when I picked it up. Would highly recommend and hopefully not the last watch I purchase from them.

By far the best experience buying and part exchanging for a watch! Offered me and beat the part exchange offers from all the well known watch traders in the UK which got me into my dream watch! An issue on my part when exchanging but Henry and Marcus were gentlemen and got me my watch next day, just in time for Christmas which I was shocked at! Truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a watch for Christmas. Thank you for an amazing experience and when I need a new watch I’ll be sure not to waste time and come back to Sweeping Hands!

Travelled from London to Brighton to collect my watch and was not disappointed! The store is in a fantastic location and had a great time chatting to two fellow watch enthusiasts. The guys really know their stuff and I would recommend to anyone to pop in and have a chat. They’ll guide you on brands, models, styles & movements!

I had a great experience purchasing my watch from Sweeping Hands. From the initial enquiry through to completion, the service was professional, knowledgeable and completely stress-free.

Great experience dealing with Marcus and Henry, chanced my arm popping in and wasn’t sure if I needed an appointment but they were very accommodating from the off! I asked them to help me with sourcing my dream watch (16610LV Kermit) and they gave me an idea of what price to expect etc. After selecting one of the options they sourced, they offered me a very fair price for my Wimbledon on a partx. The whole process was very quick and straight forward, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking into them. The shop is local to Brighton and both their prices and service was miles better than any of the other watch shops in the area (I’ve been through most of them!).
