Literally my go to life saver!

I had an issue with my delivery address…
I had an issue with my delivery address and EJ was super friendly and responded to the voicemail I left so promptly to rectify the issue. They sorted the issue within 24 hours and a new order was shipped out to me.
I love the magnesium butter, it feels like a little spa treatment each evening before going to bed!

Very fast delivery and soothing effective products
Very fast delivery and perfectly packaged. And fantastic, effective, high quality products. I love the summer stillness magnesium deep sleep. For me this is the best one, and the most effective helping me sleep. My heels are also now lovely and soft whereas normally they would be cracked and dry at this stage of the summer! I have stocked up as I think the summer stillness will be disappearing soon, I love the ritual aspect of rubbing in the magnesium deep sleep before bed. Bliss.

I love these products. I subscribe to the Glow moisturiser which is my absolute fave. However my recent delivery was not quite right. I contacted customer services and explained the product was a different colour, runny and grainy. Nothing like the luxurious rich moisturiser I am used to. Without hesitation Lyle arranged a replacement to be sent out immediately. I have received this today and it's exactly what I am used to. Highly recommend sweet bee organics.

High quality delivery of magnesium
I have been using sweet sleep for over a year, it's amazing. I recently started wearing a Hume health band which night after night records my sleep as ' The near perfect sleep quality stands out as a genuine performance asset' My deep sleep and REM sleep are consistently high and I believe this is due to sweet sleep and it's high quality delivery of magnesium throughout the night.

I love this company and their products…
I love this company and the products they offer. I’ve been using their magnesium cream for well over a year now, every night. I rub it on the soles and tops of my feet, up my legs and around my neck. Not only is the massage wonderful, it also helps me sleep better. I’ve had insomnia for a couple years now and with this salve, I’m able to fall back to sleep more easily.
I recently started taking the elderberry syrup, after a (clean)colonoscopy prep wiped out my microbiome. I love the taste and am hopeful it will improve my winter viral tolerance. I do get all the vaccine’s every year, this summer I got a virus I could not shake, it lasted for a month!
Most recently I received some sample gift items with my magnesium butter subscription. Upon arrival, the face oil cover had unscrewed and leaked out all over the box. I wrote to sweet bee, just to let them know. EJ insisted I be sent a replacement, which is on its way to me know. Their products and service is outstanding and I’m supporting a small business here in the US. Give them a try, you will be so happy you did. My daughter got me my first jar of the magnesium cream and I have gifted it to friends and family, to get them started. Enjoy!

Amazing customer service!!
I had an issue with the consistency of one of my jars of sweet sleep magnesium butter. I reached out through the chat on their website. (It was pretty late at night on a Friday and I got an instant response!) They went above and beyond to help me out with a few suggestions to try at home first to see if I could get it back to normal. After I tried and it didn’t work, they immediately sent me out a replacement jar at no cost to me! Their customer service is exceptional!
