I especially appreciate the staff’s help and willingness to ship via USPS because my mailing address cannot accept ground shipments using their usual method. I’m a fan!

They found my mistake...
I placed an order and forgot to click shipping. They saw that I'm no way near their store, so they called me to inform about that. We added the shipping to it.
