Horrible experience
If it could give Zero stars I would!!!! Please do NOT book this mess!!!. Traveled from out of town to bring our kids to this place. Had a horrible accident on the road and we were 24mins late. We understood that we were late, but the situation was out of our control. There was another family that was there discussing the accident that ended with fatalities. They would not DO ANYTHING other than offer a $6 credit to shop in there store for candy that started at $15bucks which would caused us to spend hundreds more dollars in this establishment. The kids were very disappointed, we asked to speak with the owner and after waiting 30 mins a man named Pete / owner came, he was sooo rude, he said " you can take the chocolate pizza class for 4 of you. There were 10 in our group and that would not be fair to all the kids. We asked that since they were not able to accommodate us, if they would just refund us so we could take the kids somewhere off. Pete said 'NO" and walked off!! If you have absolutely NOTHING to do with your kids or just looking for something to do in JAX....DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVEN MAKE THIS AN OPTION ON YOUR LIST....you'd be better off watching leaves fall from the trees. The facility is sub par. Very old and outdated, no quaint. The staff gave me the run around gave me a phone number to speak with the owner, that only went to a voice mail while in the meantime she was texting them. This experience was by far the worst I have had. And to think that there is a family that is grieving a tragic loss. 😥
