I ordered from them Feb 15th. They charged me but weeks pass and my order doesn't ship. I emailed them on March 7th, they never respond. It is now March 21st and I have heard nothing, and my order still has not shipped.
After 4 weeks my package hasn’t shipped and I cannot get in touch with anyone from this company. I’ve tried emailing, chat feature and phoning with no success. I have lost $110
Thanks for your prompt attention and delivery of my order. The order was perfectly filled in reasonable time. Sweet Side has product I cant find anywhere else.

Disgraceful customer service.
Order placed 14th December and confirmation received.
Since then no update on shipment of my order and I am £55 out of pocket.
I'm furious and disappointed.

I could not recommend this company more. Had a snag due to a shipping issue but I have never dealt with people more passionate or helpful in any company I have dealt with. Items arrived perfectly and I am so pleased as they are difficult to buy anywhere else. I couldn’t credit this company more, they were amazing.

Delivery was slightly longer to UK but the great and friendly customer service from Dennis really made up for this. Excellent business and will 100% be buying more in the future. Thank you Sweet Side of Sweden!! :)

UPS was a bit slow but finally got here after about a week and a half.
