Redemption was confusing at first as I couldn’t add a bank account. The customer service team cancelled my redemption so that I could redo it. This request took less than 12 hours. The games are great. The customer service is exceptional!

The Customer Service was very responsive, even at late hours(for me), but they also were very patient and kind. They were willing to break things down with words in such a way that I could recieve their response and follow up with exactly what they needed from me, so that the outcome was in both of our favor. There is live customer service available via chat 24 seven and cash out takes anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes, money in your bank. Also, they have the best referral program.
