TERRIBLE!! Avoid!!!
Placed an order which took almost 2 weeks to arrive!! I had sent multiple messages to find out what was going on as this order was a gift (it wasn’t even posted until 9 days after I placed my order).
I received a partial refund which I assumed was for the inconvenience and poor customer service - but no!! It was a partial refund for half of my missing order (which they didn’t even tell me wasn’t in stock).
I sent 3 other messages since to say I wasn’t happy with this and surprise surprise….all messages have been ignored.
Will never order from there again!!
*UPDATE - since they can quite easily ignore customers but update their social media regularly - I posted a comment on Instagram asking why they are ignoring customers but updating their social media and was blocked! Absolute joke of a company!!

Amazing sweets and service!!
I ordered sweets from here for my wedding they were at a very good price and worth the money.
The selection of the sweets was great and they were very delicious. All the packaging was left behind so clearing up afterwards was easy and quick. Definitely got our money's worth. Thank you. Would highly recommend getting your sweets from here.
The delivery was on time and sweets came in good packaging.

Edit: James the owner threatened to report me to the police for harassment because....I kept contacting him to find out when he'd deal with my order. Rather than, you know, simply fulfilling the service that he offered and I paid for.

5 weeks after ordering, delivery has not been made. Multiple attempts to get in touch with Sweet Tastic/James but ignoring all my communication. Is clearly aware of the issue as I posted on his Facebook page (where he is proudly listed as owner) and he immediately deleted my comments several times before blocking me, obviously afraid his contacts will see what kind of business he runs.
Still no contact from them. Having to escalate to trading standards, unfortunately.

After ordering I was nervous as I then saw the most of awful reviews on here, however I emailed them and had a reassuring response noting that there was just a slight shipping delay. I’ve left off one star as I think they would benefit from being clearer on the progress of the order. There is a system on their site which doesn’t appear to function.
However my order arrived today and I’m super pleased. They offer a great a Vegan / 🐄🐖 friendly range on their site ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Edit: I’ve now been waiting two months and still no sign of my order! I’ve emailed asking for an immediate refund and have had no reply!
Placed an order two weeks ago which was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days, still no sign of it! Sent the business several messages which have all been ignored! So no parcel and doubt I will be able to get a refund as the company doesn’t reply to messages! Please don’t order from here

Worst online shopping experience ever
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering products online. I so wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered, and strongly recommend anyone avoids this company like the plague.
Like everyone else, I ordered sweets and they didn’t arrive. So I tried to find out what was going on.
I sent several emails, all ignored. I submitted queries via the website form, all ignored. I rang the contact telephone number and an automatic message said they were currently closed and their hours were 9:30 to 4:30, but I was calling at 11am. And the automatic message said to leave a voicemail but there was no answering machine.
I had a response via Facebook and the person responding was nice and seemed to be trying to help, but told me they’d have to ask the owner, who they couldn’t contact. I had to chase regularly to get an update.
Finally got a delivery 14 working days after I placed my order, and it was incomplete. So I had to get in touch again.
They said they’d refund for the missing items. Guess what, they didn’t, so I had to chase again. Finally got the refund and the matter closed 24 (TWENTY FOUR!!!) days after placing an order that had an advertised delivery schedule of 3-5 working days.
From the other reviews I guess I’m lucky to have received what I did. This is a truly awful company that can’t manage to fulfil its orders within its advertised timescale, attempts to steals money from customers by failing to complete orders, and offers next to no customer service. Shame on you.
