Not only were the products we received amazing quality and massive, but the the owner went out of her way to to correct a mistake that I as the consumer had made. Really a top of the tree seller!

I absolutely adore the chocolate bars - they are so decadent ! I’ve ordered several times now , by far my favourites are the Pistachio and the Marshmashio ( which has a layer of pistachio kunafa, brownie and marshmallow fluff). The bars are huge ( 350g-450g) and smothered in a thick layer of proper chocolate . My last order arrived within two days of purchasing online which is brilliant ( I have actually also ordered chocolate from another niche online company and have been advised that it will take 10-12 days for the products to be despatched and then another 48 hours for delivery so two weeks later I’m still waiting … despite paying almost £5 for 48hr tracked delivery. The bars are more expensive and half the size …) Browns offer free postage over £22 orders which I think is very fair . The quality of the products is exceptional and well worth the price . Communication is excellent , you get notified once the order has been received , notified when it’s been processed and further notification when it’s posted .
I can’t fault the customer service or the quality of the products - a pleasure from start to finish .

Bruce bar, absolutely delicious even my little granddaughter loved it, brownie and caramel 10/10
Biscoff.. it was still nice but I found that one a bit too sweet 7/10
Buenito Bar, I can’t say about this one as I gave this one to my daughters partner
He was delighted and loved it..
Pretzilla, again I can’t comment as that one I gave to my daughter, she loved it and preferred that one to the Buenito..
Marshmashio 10/10 just delicious!
Pistachio, this is my ultimate favorite, honestly if you haven’t tried it you’re missing out! I have now ordered the Marshmashio brownie pot, I can’t wait for that!

The Dubai chocolate bar is super thick and full of filling

If I could rate higher I would. Through no fault of theirs our delivery man kept the parcel and just took a photo of our front door from the fence - no quibble no argument just resent the order. Thank you so much. Got the replacement and am thrilled. There will be some thrilled kiddos this Christmas with these personalised choc bars. Thank you so much

I ordered on sunday was told 3-4 days for delivery. Was sent a tracking code but it wasnt updating. I decided to email and the response was sorry we are waiting on some pistachio mix it will be sent that afternoon or the next day. It wasnt sent either so further emailed saying it would be updated to express delivery and posted yesterday. Well it wasnt posted so now where do i stand? Quick enough to send influencers freebies but paying customers get the worst service.avoid

I keep coming back time and time again, these chocolate bars are not only jam packed with filling but are made with the best quality Belgium chocolate I have ever tasted. The customer service and in house team are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and bend over backwards for their customers. Thank you Sweet Trees youre all amazing ❤️

These guys really do make the best treats! There Dubai range is the best I have ever tasted. Always super quick delivery too. Had 1 issue that they dealt with straight away! Please don’t be put off by any negative opinions/reviews. Try for your self you won’t be disappointed

I have order a bueno bar and my second order was the marshmellow and brownie one with kanafe omg they are both absolutly gorgours the chocolate is so chunky and so delicious and melted in your mouth ill be definetly ordering again . Next one ill be ordering is the bruce bar .

I ordered a buenito and pistachio bar and two buenitos came, I reached out to customer services and received a reply almost instantly a lovely lady Paige told me there was a little mix up and told me she would send my pistachio bar straight away and I could keep the extra buenito as a wee treat, I was over the moon with this customer service and I don’t think I’ve ever felt so valued as a customer. And the star of the show are the chocolate bars I have NEVER had a bar like these, they are huge and filled to the brim, you can tell the quality is top notch me and my family just loved the taste, a treat that’s hard to beat. I will be buying these again and again because I know I wouldn’t get better anywhere else!

Extremely happy with our order we choose the buenito and the pistachio bars. They were absolutely delicious and will definitely be purchasing again. Had a slight delay in delivery but was informed this was due to melting in the weather and they did not want the products to be affected. Very speedy reply from customer service and understable they want their products arriving in the best possible condition.

when i messaged them to know where my order is. they act like they got shot when i asked whats happening and they were extremely rude. AVOID.

I received my 4 bars in gift box..they came really pretty in a box and wrapped...and they all tasted so nice I would recommend 100% made with care.

OMG wanted to try famous Dubai bar for ages and this amazing little company did not disappoint, need to try the Bruce bar next, this is the most morish chocolate bar I've ever tried, highly recommend (just wish I could bath in a whole big bar!

Really lovely quality chocolate bars , great packaging and arrived pretty quickly ! I ordered the viral pistachio bar and the cinnabar. Only tried the pistachio bar as the other is a gift but it was lovely, not cheap, but delicious.
