Best water bottles ever! 🩵

Absolutely love this bottle that I bought in the summer in my fave colour 💜 literally take it with me all the time to save buying copious bottles of water when I’m out. I love it so much I’ve bought the even bigger one today to keep on my bedside table 🩷 best cooling water bottles ever! 🩵

This company does not care about quality control instead of accusing customer lying

I bought a swell bottle 6 months ago. It lost the design outside which was fine with me but it also became sticky to hold. I contacted the customer service and they tried to kick the ball to all different people. First they said this is a wear and tear. So be aware that this is going to happen to your bottle after 6 months of use. And they denied my complaint that the design actually fell off instead of their quality control. So I would not spend the money to get an expensive bottle from a company who does not value quality control and their customer.

Bottle leaked from the bottom

Bottle leaked from the bottom with 1 use.
Reading the reviews, you can see they are not to be trusted.
Can only hope people read this before trying to buy and that they improve their customer service and product design.

Poor customer service.

I am an avid S’well customer. I’ve bought in US, having items delivered to my hotel whilst on holiday, I’ve bought and had shipped to U.K. and once they had the operation in the U.K. I’ve bought from there.
My son collects Teakwood, I’m Onyx. We’ve desperately been trying to buy 295ml tumblers and can’t get, but when my son saw they did a vitamin pot in teakwood, I thought I’d add onyx tumblers. I tried, they wouldn’t deliver to the U.K., customer service appalling but advised me to ship to someone in America.
I actually did. I paid for the goods, followed by a further $26 to get shipped to U.K. and then stung with £20 of duties. I wouldn’t have minded to much but the box only contains the vitamin box, I could’ve had no duties charged with the one item. America customer services don’t care, yes I’ve received a refund for the cups, I actually want them though.
Why stop selling items that are popular? Why think it’s ok to short ship?
Why rip the customer off?
S’well is an amazing product. I absolutely love my bottle; my eats; my roamer; my large tumbler; my straws - hot drinks stay hot; my cold are freezing, but that’s about it where the customer service lies - freezing. They don’t care. I’d of thought better of the company.

SO disappointing

SO disappointing! I was given a S'well bottle just under a year ago and already the paint has flaked off significantly and a weird black residue has been left on the mouthpiece from inside the cap - no matter what I clean it with it won't go away. I spoke to customer service and was told "This is normal wear and they cannot offer a replacement'. Well, if I wanted a bottle to last less than a year I would have gotten a $5 plastic bottle. The quality of this product was way too low for the price point.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. First and last time ordering off S’well. I ordered the boy who lived travel mug as I am a huge Harry Potter fan it has been almost a month since I ordered it and I have received nothing. I have sent 4 emails and sent a message on Instagram and have heard nothing. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company.

Dodgy Product Reviews

This company has some nice looking products on its website but in reality they’re quite poor quality. You won’t know this because they’ve admitted they filter their reviews for ‘quality control’. Try to find a product review below 3 stars on their website. I couldn’t, and I’ve personally submitted two 1 star reviews with photographic evidence!

I am a physical therapist working in a…

I am a physical therapist working in a hospital during this coronavirus. We are encouraged to stay hydrated and drink warm water to flush down any germs. Honestly, never bought your bottle because of the cost. ( despite the fact that my daughters love your product LOL).
I am writing this review because your bottle is the ONLy bottle that keeps my water at a hot temperature without having to refill it and allow me to get through my hectic days during this pandemic. Thumbs up, great product! I’ll be buying my own :)

Most disgusting and poor customer service

One of the rudest, uncaring and most unprofessional staff that I’ve ever dealt with. Each person that you finally get in touch with is worse than the next. They’re very quick to stalk you for payment but when it comes to a refund they disappear. They made a mockery of my business. They basically stole $40k since they cancelleed our order, never sent the merchandise and keep on ignoring when asking for a refund.

Beautiful designs but..leaks

Beautiful designs, very elemental.
However for the expense not great as bottle lid doesnt fir properly and bottle leaks.
Chilly bottles are superior and never leak!!! They have great designs too.

This all seems great until you need to…contact them about a problem.

This all seems great until you need to reach them. I ordered three bottles and two were delivered as promised. The third was personalized with someone else's name. They do not have a great customer service program. If you call the customer service line it announces they do not have any representatives to help you but to leave a message. If you try to leave a message the process is cut off before you can leave a message. I have tried to use the automated email function for customer service including attaching pictures of the wrong merchandise. I received an automated reply acknowledging the ticket but have not heard from anyone in the advertised timeframe. I am obviously disappointed at the lack of response for $55 for a bottle.

Bad caps, bad service

Expensive. Therefore you kind of expect them to change the bottle, or at least the cap, when the cap breaks, right. Without me paying for the freight. If you sell to Europe you need to also support Europe...

Number one companion

This right here is my number one companion every day. I love the style of Swell bottles and they keep my drinks cold. The only problem I have is that if you don't screw it correctly it will leak everywhere.

I love the product but ordering…

I love the product but ordering directly from S’well has been a poor experience. I purchased six 17 ounce S’well bottles from Saks Fifth Avenue and 6 25 ounce from Bloomingdale’s. I wanted 6 tumblers in gold to match the water bottles to give as gifts. S’well had the tumblers and a bonus was that they were on sale so I ordered the six. When I received the package there were only 5 tumblers in the box and after contacting S’well I was asked to take a photo of the box with the 5 tumblers and send them photo. I’m still perplexed about their approach to resolving the fact that I am missing ONE tumbler. You’d think after spending over $600 in one week on S’well bottles (crazy I know) that better customer service from S’well. My advice, only purchase from retailers that value their customer. S’well does not appear to be that business.

Do not recommend

I ordered a swell bottle over 3 months ago and paid for expressed shipping. I still have yet to receive the bottle and will definitely never order from this company again. I was refunded the costs, but was told that my bottle may or may not show up and that it is out of their control. This being said, I am disappointed as I lost money within the conversion fees, I do not recommend ordering online.

Never again. Hydro Flask here I come...

I first ordered a Swell a few years ago and it worked very well at keeping my water cold. I dropped it once on the pavement and something broke loose in the bottom so it now rattles but it still works so I use it. I contacted S'well to see if they would replace it even for a lower fee than buying a new one and was told since it wasn't ordered through them, they couldn't do anything. OK. Fast forward to present day (I purchased 3 S'well bottles for my sisters in law prior to this incident). I figured it would make a practical Valentine's/Bday gift for my husband. I accidentally ordered 2 bottles because I accidentally had two browser pages open so nearest I can figure is that the cart auto updated to reflect two instead of one. Not two minutes after the order did I realize my mistake and reach out to S'well via email in an attempt to modify or cancel the order. Their customer service call center was closed at the time but I called them first thing in the morning and was met with a very unhelpful and apathetic individual who explained to me that even though the order hadn't been shipped out yet, that they do not allow for modifications/cancellations of orders and I would have to pay to return the extra bottle. Seriously?! It's 2019, I can get puppies, ice cream and an extra hairdryer delivered to my door the same day but I can't modify/cancel an order right after placing the order even if there was a computer error?! So hypothetically, say I accidentally ordered 10 water bottles instead of 1 because of a simple typo, I would have to wait and then return all 9 water bottles at cost to me because they can't manage basic customer service?! This just doesn't pass the smell test.
