I recently placed my second order for the 6" wide pre-sloped trench drain from Swiftdrain. My guys were pleased with the product and ease of installation after the first order, so we did not hesitate to order the product again. Racheal in sales has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She quickly generates quotes and answers all of my questions. This time, my customer was back and forth on whether he was or was not installing any drainage, and when he finally decided he was, it put me in a time crunch to get the product here in time for installation. Alex then stepped in and did an amazing job getting my order out the door and on its way to me in record time. In a world where customer service appears to be non-existent most days, the folks at Swiftdrain are still here, doing their absolute best to be the exception to that rule!
