Great company, product “as it says on the tin” good value well built, great communications. What more can you want?

Good value for money Purchased a battery and pole saw. So far it is strong enough and up to the job cuts through branches easily. Just for household and allotment use. Happy so far and a great price.

I bought a EB20 battery from Swift Garden via Amazon. It did not work and we established the reason was that the centre contact (ID) was missing from the battery. I then bought a new battery from the SwiftGarden website, because the picture of the battery showed the ID contact to be there. When I received the battery, the contact again was not present and the battery did not work. I have tried to get a refund/return of this battery as it does not work in my leaf blower. (My leaf blower works with an older EB20 battery). Instead, Swift Garden have now delivered a third battery which is identical to the other two, and which also does not work. It's difficult getting through to customer services. The on-line chat does not work, the phone is not answered and emails take many days to get a response. I don't normally leave reviews but this situation has been going on for more than a month and it should not take this long. The batteries were not as advertised and I've tried many times to resolve the situation amicably through the customer support route, without success.

I had reason to contact the service department and I was very surprised and pleased with the fast and pleasant response from the lady agent .
I have other garden tools from swift and I find the quality excellent at a reasonable price

Only downside is the website which I found a little confusing and not user friendly

Offered free Polesaw when buying a battery. Battery arrives, no polesaw, bit of a to and fro with customer services. Problem solved and polesaw delivered. I own the strimmer, lawnmower and hedge trimmer. Good lightweight tools and very reliable.

Absolutely awful product. Came banged up in the box with no real secure or support to keep it from frailing around. Went to use it on for the first time and the blades have already decided to break and are no good for the applications you expect. Tried to contact for a return and was told they will not refund me or help me in this situation and have been left out of the loop with no return emails. Poor customer service and support will not be buying anything else despite owning every item they have thinking they would supply brand loyalty but no they just want your money and don't want to help you. Will be telling all friends and family to avoid this company and these products. All I wanted was my money back and the product to be returned but they will not honour this despite me asking the same weeek as reviving it

It's a great cordless strimmer but the replacement head is very very expensive for what it is and it wears out too quickly.

Don't think i received update on delivery time ,otherwise happy enough.

Already owning two Swift hedge trimmers and a lawn edger and with them two batteries and chargers, choosing a Swift leaf blower (without a battery) was an obvious choice.

The blower is sturdy and powerful, well balanced and easy to use. And buying the bare blower brought the cost down significantly.

Going cordless makes life so much easier in the garden, with no trailing cable to potentially trip over and this blower is every bit as powerful as the mains powered blowers I've had before (other brands) .

As with my other Swift products, I've no hesitation in recommending them - good value and good service. And this one arrived next day - beating the delivery note by a day!
