I have been fortunate enough to engage this Company twice to deal with mould, excess moisture/damp. On both occasions the issues above were missed by Housing Association. They completed necessary tests and Building Pathology. I felt secure with recommendations as Independent Surveyor is trained to deal with vulnerable Tenants via CIRSX qualification ( Specialist Health Treatment) along with having Internationally recognised qualification IICRC to deal with mould/damp through ANSI and s520 processes. They also deal with both visible and hidden mould. This Company knows what they are doing with a working ethic to make your Home Healthy.
