Great experience. Very nice facility. Clean, dry and well lit. Love the electronic entry. Was pretty quiet when I moved in so no competition for trollies or lift.

The online booking system worked…
The online booking system worked perfectly. We booked a flagstone facility, then changed it to Jimboomba. The lock didn't open, so we were changed to a second locker, all while on the phone with a representative. Her service was exceptional.and the refund from Flagstone was Done yesterday

First time using the app so couldn’t figure out Bluetooth issues but Louise was amazing and walked me through the process and guided us through all the steps. From then on simply smooth sailing!

"old fashioned" KEY.
I would prefer to have an "old fashioned" KEY. The problem with digital entry and exit is that 1. If the power goes off my container is either open to the public or closed so I can't get to it. 2. If I lose my phone, I have lost all ability to get into my storage unit at all.
