Work hard for you to get the right deal - will definitely use swift travel for my future travel

I booked flights to Houston due to scary prices if booking direct with the airlines. I spoke with Rob who found excellent and reasonable flights for me. I was not the easiest of customers but Rob, Reshma and Rhianna were patient and always responded immediately to my queries. I would use them again in an instant.

Looked online for flights with very specific dates and times. I gave myself a headache. Swift travel came up, I dropped them an email with in a few hours I got a reply. 2 emails later all sorted. They even called to check if I needed more help. I decide to go to the office as I live fairly close. What a lovely team. I would highly recommend them.

Reshma took time and trouble to find me the holiday I wanted -unfortunately the price went up after booking as the hotels had increased their prices as it was Xmas but I would have thought the Christmas prices should have been as quoted as that was the dates we gave when I booked -I would have been happy with the price so it wasn't so much an issue as an irritant

Can't fault the service, did everything they said they would when they said they'd do it. Ed got my flights to USA cheaper then I could and removed the stress from finding last minute flights. Happy to recommend.

Swift service got me good prices on business class fares to USA. Willing and helpful sales staff.

Edward has been brilliant I v not been an easy customer and despite the endless emails trying to get it sorted he has been amazing can't thank him enough for all the effort he has gone to for us to get our holiday in budget never used this company before but so far very happy with the service as long as the holiday all goes well I wouldn't hesitate to use them again Edward u have been a star

Needed to find flights for a short trip to Orlando in April, ideally premium economy as husband likes a bit more leg room. I wasn't having much success in finding the flight that we wanted on British Airways website or Virgin. Looked at other airlines but not practical due to connecting flights. I emailed Swift travel with an initial enquiry from their website that popped up on google search engine. Within minutes I was contacted by Edward who noted down my requirements and he said he would come back to me as soon as possible. After a couple of hours I thought we had been forgotten about but not long after that he rang to give me a few options. In the end we booked flights from Gatwick to Orlando, premium economy at a really good price for 2 adults and 2 kids. We are returning a day later than planned but it's no big deal. Very efficient service from everyone at swift travel and I will be using them again.

Recently enquired about flights to Nashville and was promptly quoted a price which seemed too good to be true at the time. Gave this some thought and rang Virgin Atlantic for comparison, they were over £100 more expensive than Swift travel. I then contacted Swift to alter the dates for my flights and they came back with an even better price than the original quote, and no add ons. Funny thing is my flights are with Virgin. After a nightmare last year booking with a company called Bravofly , I'm hopeful that all will go well with Swift. Confirmation , receipts and itinerary were e mailed within hours. Thanks Swift.

Everything organised by Swift Travel went like clockwork.
From the airport pick-up to all the internal transfers, all drivers arrived on time. Wherever we went we were expected, rooms ready and treated well. I would definitely recommend Swift to anyone wanting a bespoke trip to Cuba.

Having to make short notice plans for a trans-Atlantic flight, we found Swift Travel through an online search, and our agent was Rob.
