I joined this casino and on the first day of joining they stopped my ability to play any games and blocked access saying that they are doing a review of my account, they sent me an email in the night of 26th January 4:22am saying they didn't attempt to contact me due to the timing, but are letting me know why this has happened that they need to review my activity and account.

I replied that I thought it was inappropriate on the first day and asked for it to be dealt with,
No reply so I attempted to re contact again on the 28th

They got back to me on the 29th Jan
Saying "Following a review of your account, we can confirm that a Responsible Gambling phone call is required. We attempted to contact you on 26/01/2026; however, we were unable to reach you at that time" which is untrue and they said in writing that they didn't attempt to contact me infact in their first email (I have proof).

I told them I'd be happy to be asked any questions via email and for it to be looked into and told them that they infact did not try to contact me as proven written by themselves.

It's now Feb 1st and they still have not come back to me with anything.

Extremely unprofessional, a poor way to treat a first day customer with no evidence of any reasonable explanation as to why they would have done this, I have recorded all account activity.

If this issue is sorted out quickly I will remove the review. Until then I will continue to update at this point.

Was ok at first, then the other day went to log in my account. Then it said your account as been suspended. I’ve sent email after email and had no reply, and I have funds in my account, and they know this. Please give me my money that’s in my account, explain to me why you have done this…

Was ok bettng for about 6 months or so. But then on 16/1/26 they rang me 14.14 for 1 minute then 14.16 1 sec and 14.19 3 seconds! I never picked up as was busy at work. They left no voicemail. Shortly afterwards I couldn’t access my account. I had to email them for an explanation. They told me it was a compliance call and they would contact me next week!
I had £110!in the account and had to send an email requesting return which they eventually did.
On 20/1/26 they sent me this

I told them to close my account . I view it as very poor service to make 1 call really then suspend without any information what’s going on and I had to chase them. Further more the subsequent 2 calls for just secs are of concern. Is this them being compliant saying they made 3 calls, otherwise they are nuisance calls. Not doing with this nonsense,really they should be reported !

My experience as a new player has been positive. I have made a couple of deposits & a couple of withdrawals. All OK the first withdrawal took a few hours, the second one was instant. I have placed a few sports bets the odds seem decent & i played some BTG slots which i noticed the RTP's are set generously (the highest available i believe). This is important to me as some of the other site i use (Kwiffed for example) have most of their games set to lower RTP's which just make them in my opinion not worth bothering with! All good keep up the good work Swifty. Only thing lacking perhaps is ongoing bonuses however the initial offers are decent (free £20 bet etc)

Avoid this weird site. Customer service is beyond shocking, Give free bonus credits you can't actually use 😅.

Go with another casino that actually rewards you and has some kind of customer service that might even go as far as saying hello.

Something not right with this site i could have sworn that several times i placed bets on football games in play to then see after they had won that i was on in actual fact another game. Just weird and it happened 3 or 4 times in my short spell but of course you can’t prove it. Also clicking to place £20 or £30 in bets to then find after they had won that i’d put £2 or £3 on. Really couldn’t trust this site at all at so closed it immediately never felt that way in the numerous other companies ive bet with. Be interested to see if anyone else had similar issues.

The only way to keep bet limits is to lose when first using your account. I deposited £460 and withdrew 1900. My bet stakes limits are now £50 / £25 and some are less. The website is very accessible and there are many markets on all sports which is good.

However, if you think you might win, there is no point signing up. Disappointing really that they take this limiting stance after day 1.

It’s a dodgy site with unhelpful customer support For half an hour I attempted placing a bonus they finally gave all on winning matches it jammed 100 times because of probable odds that won i addressed the issue on live chat that they wouldn’t accept bets( all games won me a couple hundred if they were placed ) changed selections umpteen times to odds dangerously high and they then accept without problem the losing one . All proof given on live chat they reject everything I’m saying , stay away stay away

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

Don't believe the fake reviews its a terrible site they ask for id straight away when most reputable brands don't and every slot is ice cold also they are not on resolver so good luck using a adr when they refuse to pay you like did with me
