I went back to Swimart Pools after a not so satisfactory experience elsewhere.

Knowledgeable staff
They are very obliging testing the pool water each month for me . The pool heater took a lot longer to install as it was hard to get stock . Still waiting for the checkup visit to test the heater after a few days running ( was supposed to come early last week ) but it’s all working well

Spa cleaning
Kym and Neil were very helpful in writing down instructions on how to go about cleaning the spa.
Water test was done again today which gave a good report.
I feel i can trust them and hope they continue with their service in Ascot.

Neil is always leaves our pool…
Neil is always leaves our pool sparkling clean. He is always obliging when the pool needs extra attention. Neil is very friendly and considerate of our dogs and home. I highly recommend this company to service any pool regularly. Nothing is ever a problem.
