I am so disappointed with Swimart Hervey Bay
We trusted this company to service and maintain our pool as we work away
We chose this company based on reviews
We have never had any issues concerning our pool
Our gardener contacted us concerned that the pool was low and going green
Swimart had been there the week prior i had been billed for service + chemicals which unaware at this pt paid
We have full surround security cameras set up at our premises
So viewed back to the day and time Swimart had been there
He had arrived with his young son carrying a pool skimmer with pool test kit in it
My full service took almost only 10 mins to complete with apparently an xtra $25 worth of chemicals that was unscene
I contacted Michelle from Swimart and informed her She was argumentive and stated he had came back later that day which we know from our cameras didnt happen
I stated i would just like my pool treated for what i was charged she told me he wouldnt be able to look at it for another week
I dread to think how often this happens
We contacted poolworx explained our situation they are sending someone out this afternoon

Good friendly and happy to help with all aspects of things for pool

Michell and Michael are always very friendly, very helpful they will alway try to help if you have a problem, with either you pool or your spa. If I’ve ever gone to them with a problem they always fix the problem.Would never go anywhere else for advice. Lovey couple
