Each customer Rep met my concerns.

Easy to shop. I bought suits for myself from Swim Outlet when I was a teen (I’m now nearly 60!). I did not like that a suit initially showed a price but when I clicked on that suit and looked at a different color the price increased significantly. I appreciate that the amount you charge for shipping is not a ridiculous amount. I was not compensated for my review.

Easy to place my order. And my puffer jacket came quickly and is the right size.

As a member of Swim Outlet, I should be able to return items without $5.99 charge called “Happy Returns”. That did not make me happy. Last time to order from them. I am also cancelling my “membership!”

Do not buy from this company. They will continue to charge your credit card for services you did not sign up for. I will never ever buy from them again!

One small gripe is that selecting "gender" to narrow down choices involves finding this important item in a long list of other options.

I went in for a new suit, and came out with a suit that was on sale, new caps, plenty of silicone ear plugs, and a snappy headband! Sweet! Thanks for the easy browsing and great sale prices, too.

I ordered swimsuits in size 22 based on the size chart on their website, but they turned out to be extremely small and completely unwearable. I contacted customer service multiple times, spoke with three representatives and even their bot — no response for over a week.
The size chart is clearly inaccurate, and the company has not taken any responsibility or offered a replacement. I have provided detailed explanations and photo evidence, but nothing has been done.
This experience shows serious problems with both product accuracy and customer service. I’ve been a returning customer, but after this, I’ve lost trust in the brand. Totally unacceptable.

It was easy to shop for team suits but it was confusing when adding orders that’s not team related to the cart and it was not clear but it seems that other things require separate shipping cost.

they make it easy to return without any hassle for swim suits and sizing which is difficult for my daughter who is growing!

I finally was able to update my membership

I really want to love SwimOutlet. It’s nice that they give back a little to clubs — that’s a great thing.
But two weeks for delivery is just too long. For about the same price, I could have ordered from Amazon and had it the next day.

If SwimOutlet could get orders out within a week, that would be fine. But at two weeks, it’s just not worth it unless I’m ordering enough to qualify for faster shipping. I like what they stand for, but I probably won’t order again unless shipping gets better.

I’ve ordered goggles and other supplies from Swim Outlet before and it’s always easy. I also appreciate the blog about how to choose prescription goggles.
