No Expediated Shipping
Do not pay for expediated shipping. It will not come on time. When I spoke with Customer Service Rep it sounds like this is a frequent complaint. They will not refund your shipping unless you call and complain.

DO NOT BUY A TECH SUIT FROM SWIMOUTLET. BY FROM THE BRAND! THEY DO NOT BACK UP THEIR POLICIES AND ARE INDEED ARE NOT HASSEL-FREE.
Ordered 2 techs uits a few weeks before competition. Son's tech suit ripped prior to competing and had to change into an older pair. Provided photos and sent and immediately refused to replace. Provided waist size and still determined that it was somehting he did. never an issue with any other Speedo tech suits ordered from Speedo or through the swim club. ONLY SWIMOUTLET. He competed for the next 2 days in the other new tech suit that was ordered with the tech suit that ripped and no issues at all. THE SUIT WAS EITHER USED OR DEFECTIVE FROM THE BEGINNING AND A REFUSAL TO REPLACE WAS DETERMINED BEFORE INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED.
LITERALLY CALLED FROM 2 CELL PHONES AND ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTS ON BOTH BEFORE PROMPTED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. AI GENERATED CHAT EVEN NEEDED ASSISTANCE AND WENT MIA. TOTALLY UNPREFESSIONALISM WITH SECOND REP DEE WHOSE PHOTO WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOOKED LIKE A MUGSHOT. UNREAL AS I THOUGHT I WAS SPEAKING WITH A TEMP OR AFTERHOURS DURING THE DAY TIME REP WHO WAS SIMPLY SCRIPTED TO DENY REPLACEMENTS. -5 STARS. BAD BUSINESS. ****SURE THIS REVIEW WILL BE NOT MAKE IT PUBLIC***
