Bad experience, I cancelled and they only give credit and when I rebook there's a fee, reached out to customer service only got sorry there's nothing they can do, horrible, will not use again.

Emilie our host really made a cute oasis gateway we had a quick dip and bbq for 2 hours then the last hour I practiced my Watsu massage technique twenty minutes each or so . I'm grateful to have found a heated salted pool only a few km away.

What a time we had we enjoyed ourselves from the kid's to the adults. The backyard was so beautiful 🤩 full of excitement pool/pool slide, Jacuzzi playhouse playground trampoline pool table golf bonfire other activities game room so much to enjoy it lights up at night we plenty of light and beautiful colors for the pool😂 I can go on and on but we're going back 💯☺️

Renting a pool is fun. The customer service is terrible. My family used Swimply a couple of times this summer, and the pools were nice and the owners were fine. But then a charge for a subscription for the app showed up on my account. I didn't order this service. When I tried to cancel the service in the app, it was not possible. The "button" to do so was only partially viewable and not clickable. Finally, navigating through exhaustingly unhelpful bots to finally get to someone I think was a person, I explained the issue. Not only would they not refund the two months of subscription they took from my bank account, they informed me that even if I cancelled it, they would bill me for an additional month because they don't cancel services mid-month. Ridiculous. So I would say families beware. Watch your bill.

Great hosts! Very responsive to all our queries.
Some suggestions:
Have hand towels / paper towels in the washroom
A thick mat with openings for water to drip down on the floor leading to the washroom, shower, fridge. As we were asked to remove our shoes prior to entering the area it was wet and slippery
Pool depth markings - we didn’t know the depth until we entered the pool
A proper brush to clean the grill rather than a small scrubbing pad
A slide that people over 12 years can use.

We rented a private pool on Swimply for my daughter's birthday. The whole experience was easy. From picking places available near us, picking dates and times that worked for us, being able to easily communicate with our host, easy instructions on what to do, and even the ability to reach our host afterwards to ask an important question. We will definitely use this again in the future. I highly recommend!

The pool was nasty couldn't see the bottom and I had to rent another right on the spot thank God jose was available and an amazing host and im still waiting on my money back

So damn simple!

Never rented a private pool. But you have to be a special kind of stupid to rent out such a personal and private space for $. Also, your neighbors who pay 15K+ in property taxes to live in a peaceful neighborhood must love you. Just an awful idea.

I had a wonderful time at James place, they are an excellent host. They will make sure you get to the property and would make your experience great. The pool was clean and big. They had speakers, lounge chairs, chairs, floaties available. Excellent host, excellent place.

The pool was awesome and the host was prompt to answer questions. They were very welcoming.

Our Swimply Host cancelled last minute, my daughter's birthday party, and provided no reason. I have since learned that Swimply Host Scores are extremely misleading. Guests who have been cancelled on cannot provide a review and cannot affect the Host's score. One would assume that the Host Score reflects their reliability, but no. Swimply hides cancellation rate data. There is no way for a guest to clearly see the likeilhood of their booking being cancelled. They talk about different "badges" which apparently incorporate cancellations some way, but they make this unclear and this info is not available in any way to website users. Nor are users warned that they are not getting the full picture before they book. There is zero penalty to a Host for cancelling, and since the company hides this info, please be warned that cancellation rates are likely very high. If you are just booking for a casual, swim this might not be a big deal, but if you have an important event DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! Reliability is clearly not something Swimply wants users to easily see.

The backyard and pool were clean and exactly as described. Varun was a wonderful and gracious host. My daughter had a fun 7th birthday at this pool! The only reason I took away 1 star was because the tile was VERY slippery when wet and a few kids slipped and fell. Outdoor rugs would have been nice to prevent this. We ended up putting down an extra towel we brought and that solved the issue. It's a great pool with lots of afternoon shade!

Danielle is a great host. Answer all my questions in a timely manner. My family had a great time. Danielle's place is welcoming and safe.
