Beautiful Pool Rental

The pool was beautiful and the host was awesome! I will definitely use Swimply again, and probably will book the same pool again if it is available. The property and pool was clean and huge.

Easy to book

I enjoy booking with swimply. I can easily find pools in my neighborhood to book and I have never had any issues with my swimming experience using them.

Good idea, but spotty customer service.

I used this company all last year successfully. But this year a host canceled my reservation. Swimply gave me the option to get a refund to my credit card, or to rebook in another pool with 10% off. I chose the second option, but they didn't make it possible, and then refused both! I had to agitate to get my money back, and even then they said no, but I checked my credit card and it had been refunded.

I would say it's a great idea, good app overall, but they have rather poor customer service. If you don't need a refund, it's probably fine.

The app is very easy to use only thing…

The app is very easy to use only thing about it its the amount of guest that are allowed in 1 reservation is too low. I ended up paying over 600 to celebrate my daughter's bday in someone's pool I had 10 adults and 9 kids .I should of went to John's incredible I would have spent 250 maybe 300 smh this isnt something very wise for a single mom to do especially if your booking for 10 people and they literally start counting heads including baby's because they know that's how they got paid..no sense of community.compassion.deff drained my pockets for the 5 hrs we were there a n d we cleaned everything ...mind you there was a pet and dog poop my guest stepped on 2xs .im guessing it was the host s pet.had alot of fun but like I said way too pricey.if I knew I was going to pay that much i would have managed my money some where else .that's a 3 to 4 night stay at a hotel with access to the pool all day

Im very disappointed.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience - booked well in advance, cancelled before the cancellation window closed because we had bad weather (all of central Texas got hammered with flooding) and was told I could get a credit to book again later. Then when I went to book it won’t let me use the credit on the booking fee. I had an additional $50 credit they won’t let me use. Customer service is atrocious- the lady spent an hour not understanding the issue and then just stopped responding for 2 hours before responding to say they won’t do anything.

Easy Booking Service

The simple process of booking through a 3rd party service with the option of cancellation up to 3 days prior to the date was amazing. I hosted event for 48 people and the pool location, the process for payment and communication with the location host was all easy. Great service they offer to those who need extra income and for those looking to entertain.

Amazing host they made everything so…

Amazing host they made everything so smooth and easy, very friendly and professional. The backyard and pool were amazing. Everything was clean and they had everything we needed for a backyard pool party! I will most definitely book again and I have already referred someone for this location and the swimly app!

its the owners and swimplys word…

its the owners and swimplys word against yours. if the owner flakes and doesnt respond after you have paid. Swimply will let the owner decide on the refund. so if the owner is dishonest. you’re asked out. they told my bank I received my service which I didnt and the only proof they had was the receipt that paid. they mor me received a response from the owner, yet they ruled I received the service. I also sent a video of me walking to the door and the owners not answering.

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent. Bunch of hidden fees from the website. They lie and say refunds are 100% within a certain time period, but those refunds are in site credit.

Then even though you've literally already paid them money for the credits, they won't let you use any credits on their site if you're also using a promotional code. Which makes no f**ing sense because I already paid you the money for the credits.

When I reached out to support on this I never got a response. Completely ignored.

Update: Got a response, it was 100% AI. Good ol' chat gpt.

Scam garbage.

“Left Stranded on My Birthday — No Response, No Refund, No Support”

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had using an app like Swimply—and unfortunately, it happened on my birthday.

I booked a reservation through Swimply with a host named Annecke, paid $124 upfront, and arrived on time for my booking from 6 PM to 8 PM. I drove a long distance expecting to enjoy a peaceful birthday celebration. Instead, I was completely ghosted.

No one was there when I arrived. I rang the doorbell, messaged the host through the app, sent her a text, and even called her—multiple times. Nothing. She has a security system that notifies her when someone is at the door, so I know she saw me. Still, she chose to ignore me.

Even worse, I reached out to Swimply customer support through the app and received absolutely no response. Not even an acknowledgment. I was left standing outside a stranger’s home on my birthday with no explanation, no support, and no access to the space I paid for.

This experience completely ruined my day. I’m not only out of $124, but I was also emotionally drained and disappointed on what should’ve been a special day.

Swimply should be doing a much better job vetting their hosts and providing actual support when things go wrong. This situation is unacceptable, and I am demanding a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience. If this is not resolved, I will be pursuing legal action.

Use Swimply at your own risk—because if something goes wrong, you’re apparently on your own.

First off, what a great idea! Secondly, the app was easy to use. Our experience was great. We had a great host, plenty of parking, seating and tables. Nice nighborhood. Just a great experience.

A Perfect Day by the Pool!

I rented this private pool and had the most amazing experience! The space was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described—if not better. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was just right. The host was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was ready before we arrived. Whether you’re looking to relax, celebrate, or just enjoy a day in the sun, this is the perfect spot. I’ll definitely be booking again soon. Highly recommend!
