Really good facilities - lots of cubicles always nice and clean. Good viewing area with lots of seating.
Staff are great with the children - they really encourage them and make swimming lots of fun. Never too busy in a class and always lots of swim buddies there to help alongside the main instructor.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. The teaching from babies onwards is just phenomenal. Ive had a fair few changes over our time with them and not once have I felt judged or a burden. Having audhd children is hard trying to find a place that accommodates. Swimstars bawtry is your place. Always recommend and will continue to do so

Amazing company
Amazing company. Facilities are great. The swim teachers and pool buddies are fantastic. We moved here from another local provider and our children have developed so quickly into confident swimmers. The only gripe I have is that sometimes teaching staff swap around groups too regularly. Our children have done better in groups where they have continuity week in week out as they get to know their teachers and are more confident around them. This is a very small thing though. There isn’t anyone in our area better and it shows with the amount of awards won and the popularity of their swim schools

Thoroughly recommend
Both of my children have loved swimming at Swimstars. All of the staff have been kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. We have mostly swam at Quest Park but my boy finished his swimming at Hall Cross and my little girl is still at Quest Park.

I must say we’ve been with Swimstars in Wheatley for over 4 years and my daughter loves it. On top of that the lessons are great, not very long and exhausting for a child. Thank you very much to everyone in the team💝 you’re doing great!

Our little boy has been swimming here since he was 8 weeks old and loves it! He is now nearly 18 months old and is really confident in the water and gets really excited to get in the pool for his lesson. We recommend swimstars to everyone wanting to take their baby swimming!

Happy Lessons, but poor account management
After receiving an e mail from Swimstars asking for a review I am happy to say My children loved their swimming lessons, the swim buddies are excellent and really take care to engage with the children, the facilities at bawtry were lovely and clean. However, my daughter had reached a level we were happy with and my son didn’t want to carry on without his sister so we took the sad decision to cancel our lessons, we updated the staff after we asked what the procedure was and followed what the staff advised. Unfortunately the direct debit has not been cancelled and despite numerous attempts to cancel and receive a refund this has not been received. This is after one of the office staff checked with a director and called me back to say I would have a refund in the next couple of days .We are not at a point where I feel legal action may be the only resolution which would be a sad outcome.

Great life lessons for your little one.
Our daughter absolutely loves the sessions, and her water confidence has grown considerably.
The staff are always very friendly and make it a great atmosphere.
The only reason its 4*; If you have to cancel and want to change days for lessons, firstly its so hard to get through. If you do you leave a message and no one gets back to you.
But I understand with the small team it has.

Absolutely amazing, my little girl started here in August after going to a different swim class and I was very weary as to home my little girl was going to cope as she started to dislike water due to the old swim class, but I was put to rest straight away and my little girl loves swimming on a Saturday now 💗

Fantastic Swimming lessons
I have been taking my daughter to Bawtry weekly for 4 months. She is now 7 months old. She has fantastic teachers and the staff are brilliant. We have such a lovely time and my daughter loves it. The facilities are really special. Thank you so much for helping me make the best swimming memories with my girl.

Great customer service and a friendly team.
My 2yr old daughter was scared on the first day but has eased into her lessons and looks forward to it. The water buddies and swim instructor are so reassuring.

Swimstars at Bawtry is a fantastic , clean , warm, well organised place for toddler swimming lessons. We have been going for nearly a year now with our 3 year old. The staff are amazing , kind, patient and she has improved so much. From not wanting to even go in the pool, to now flying through the levels and being super confident in the water. My son has gone so far with swimming and he absolutely loves going every week without fail. The teachers are lovely and I thank them for all the support with my child. It’s worth paying extra every month for this swimming place as it is more expensive than others but worth every penny.
