Do not order from this company, i recon it is a scam.
I have ordered a canopy cover for our garden swing on 6 April. Order ID 34715.
On the same day i was informed by EVRI that the parcel will be dispatched soon. Then on 8 April they said it was delayed, then another message that it is already delivered on 11 April 10.07 quoting 2 x different tracking references for some reasons.
Needless to say that i have not received the parcel and tracking tool wasn't working as it would not accept my post code.
Although it is delivery company issue, not the Canopy supplier, i have tried my best to contact the canopy supplier company "Swing-canopy.co.uk" emailing to their admin email with no reply.
I had to do my own investigation on any accessible phones to speak to someone as their website only provides e-mail address for contacts.
Found this business also on E-Bay advising customers on mobile No 07587254617 for contacts.
Tried to ring it only to find a pre-recorder an automated message saying "stock coming later in April". So this company is virtually impossible to contact and ask for any help to track the order.
I will have to contact my bank and report a possible fraud.
First time shopping so a little reluctant but no regrets, quick response to email query, good communication, reasonable wait for delivery , purchased Saturday recieved Wednesday.

I ordered a canopy on the 3rd of May I have been told twice delivery could not be made as I was not at home Then I had another email stating it has been returned to their warehouse as had not the proper label.They said they were using another Company to ship by the name Evri, now they tell me I have to pay customs,in which I did !!! They have informed me gone back to warehouse again I am beyond fuming I will be asking my Bank to do a refund to me Stay clear a joke of a Company 😡😡😡😡😡😡🤡

I have ordered from this company twice over the year with no problems. The canopy fitted perfectly and hence twice extended the life of my swing seat.
Found the canopy and seat covers I needed on their website and tried to order only to be offered the option of being informed when the items were back in stock. A couple of weeks later got an email on 15th August that my order had been received and would be processed when payment had been confirmed. I had chosen PayPal and noticed on the 18th August that payment had been made. At time of writing (4th September) no goods have been delivered. Called the only number available which is 07587 254617 to be met with a voicemail message referring to shortages??. Specifically told not to leave a voicemail as the mailbox would not be checked. I have emailed the admin email suggesting that they confirm delivery within 3 days or I will cancel the order and request a refund from PayPal. I have a strong feeling that I will not receive the items ordered. Let's hope that PayPal sort it out by refunding the payment. If however I do actually receive the goods and they are as described I will update this review.
Terrible company also known as Springs & Canopies. Bad Customer Services! I received a canopy that was much smaller than their specified measurements, so returned it the following day at my expense. It was in perfect unused condition. Only received a partial refund. They would not refund the original postage nor my return postage. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they should at least refund my original postage if returned within 14 days (for any reason). They referred me to their T&C which state they won't refund original postage. This does not exempt them from their obligation. They now ignore my messages.
I received the wrong item and have emailed the company twice to ask for the correct product. I have had no reply at all. There is no phone number to ring, the only contact is their admin email address.
I feel badly let down by this poor customer service. The item they sent has not got the measurements I ordered and therefore is useless to me. I had ordered a canopy 195 x 130 cm and received 195 x 100cm. Even if they are busy, any response to my emails would be better than this total silence as I don't know how I can get what I ordered (and paid for)!!!
I ordered a spare part for my old swing and the item arrived within a few days. I emailed a query and it was replied to promptly and very politely. Good company. I would recommend and would definitely use again.

I thought I was going to have to replace my swing seat before I found this site. The replacement canopy arrived quickly, wasn't particularly expensive and appears to be good quality - time will tell, I suppose. Easy to fit. I'm very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
