Replacement ball
I contacted swingball telling them that I had recently bought a swingball and with in a very short period the ball had started to fall to bits, with in an hour I had a reply telling me that they were sorry this had happened and that they would send me a replacement ball. Within the week a new ball had arrived no hassle no back and forward emails it was a very positive experience.

Excellent service from Swingball
Ordered a spare part for our broken basketball net. The website of spare parts was clear and helped us work out which part we needed to order.
The part arrived quickly and allowed us to mend the set, which saved us from having to throw it away.
